The switching element is mounted in the temp. control case, and has a switch controlled by a star wheel through a lever, and a switching program carrier driven through gears by a synchronous motor with or without reserve energy. It is in the form of a switching ring with a time scale and axial recesses for riders. The clockwise gears (10-20) with the motor (21) and switch (22) are mounted inside the switching ring (23) between two bearing plates (24, 25), one of which (24) lies in the ring (23) front plate and covers its opening, while the other (25) serves as bottom at a distance from the back plane of the ring (23) corresp. to the switching lever (26) thickness, or at no distance at all.
