The barrier layer 19 is absorbent to the energy from the RF heating source. The mould 14 has a rough surface to form a similar grid surface to which a conductive coating is applied. A battery plate lug may be attached to the grid by the moulding operation. Conductive particles may be mixed with the resin particles. |
