<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size and to prevent any trouble by using a plurality of bellows and means for regulating the excessive movement of a plunger. CONSTITUTION:The bellows 2, which are prepared by adhering two diaphragms 1 at their circumferential edges such that a cabity is formed in their inside, are connected to an air intake pipe 4 through a plurality of communication pipes 3, and their one ends closed and connected to a plunger 6. This plunger 6 has its leading end born on a guide bush 7 which has its inside diameter made smaller than the outside diameter of a plunger 8. As a result, the shift output several times as that of the case in which a bellows is used can be obtained while reducing the diameter. Thus, the outside diameter of a transducer case 10 can be made small and compact, and a stopper is constructed of the end face 14 of the guide bush 7 and the plunger 8 so that the bellows 2 can be prevented from being broken even if an abnormal pressure is applied to a band.</p> |
