PURPOSE:To obtain the subject extract solution readily preservable for a long period, by dipping pine leaves, pine branches and pinecones in water, eluting active ingredients contained in the pines into water, then filtering the eluate, further filling the eluate in a hermetically sealed container and injecting gaseous carbon dioxide thereinto. CONSTITUTION:Pine leaves, pine branches and/or pinecones are dipped in thermally sterilized water and allowed to stand for several days to ferment active ingredients contained in the pines with enzymes contained therein or separated added thereto and elute the active ingredients as water-soluble substances into water. The resultant eluate of the active ingredients in the pines is then filtered to remove the pines, etc., and further rapidly filled in a hermetically sealed container. Gaseous carbon dioxide is then injected into the hermetically sealed container to afford the objective readily drinkable extract solution, tasty like a soft drink and good in 'throat passableness'. |
