摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain two types of laser oscillation beams featuring a large frequency difference by giving the Zeeman division to the resonance spectrum of the gas laser and securing the simultaneous synchronization for the different resonance vertical mode with each divided and obtained curve. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic field is applied to the axial direction of the laser gain tube of the He-Ne laser. And the Zeeman division of 800 Hz, for example, is given to gain curve (a) formed by the natural discharge spectrum of Ne which contributes to the laser oscillation. Thus, the 2-division is secured into the right and left circular polarized components of obtained a1 and a2 each. Here, a fine adjustment is given to space I between reflectors so that both the adjacent q-order and q + 1st order peaks of resonance vertical mode curve S may overlap curve (a) symmetrically. Thus the oscillation is secured at these peaks, and then the double- frequency oscillation components of equal output, i.e., the laser beams of sigma and -sigma are delivered. And the peaks of the q-order and q + 1st order can be overlapped each other near the peak parts of curve a1 and a2, thus obtaining a large-output oscillation beams.
