A device which could be circuit tested an repair of a dispatching terminal for sending alarm signal installed at each residence, was consisted of an impedance meanse differentiating the input impedance of a sensor(7) in operation, the first delay circuit nd responding means for varying the input impekdance of a relay(3), the second delay circuit which operates after pre-datermined time interval, and a related second responding means.
