<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of communication lines and to reduce the cost by outputting a 1st or 2nd data signal and a 1st or 2nd abnormal signal to the next stage via the same communication line. SOLUTION: An engine controller 2 decides the failures of a water temperature sensor 8 and an air conditioner 10 and the abnormality such as disconnections of a water temperature signal line 12 and an air conditioner signal line 14 based on the inputted air temperature and air conditioner signals. A communication device 6 outputs a water temperature abnormal signal to a mission controller 4 via a water temperature communication line 24 when the controller 2 decides an abnormal state of the sensor 8 based on the water temperature signal. Meanwhile, the device 6 outputs an air conditioner abnormal signal to the controller 4 via the line 24 when the controller 2 decides an abnormal state of the conditioner 10 based on the air conditioner signal. These abnormal signals are outputted based on the out-of-set range value which is defined by both upper and lower limit levels of the duty value that is outputted as a water temperature signal.</p> |
