Soft ice creams in which materials easily denatured by heating and containing acid components (strawberry, etc.) can be used and which make it possible to fully enjoy the characteristic flavors of materials other than a soft cream mix such as strawberry jam and chocolate. Such a soft ice cream is produced by a process comprising discharging a soft cream mix having been semi-hardened by cooling from a delivery nozzle and filling the cream into a cone in such a manner as to maintain the discharged shape of the cream flow as far as possible, wherein a strawberry flow is continuously fed along the above-mentioned cream flow filled in the cone.
