PURPOSE:To stabilize temperature characteristics and also permit baking at low temperatures by adding MnO as the subsidiary component to a compound containing PbO, Fe2O3, Mb2O5, and CoO as the main components. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic composition which is obtained by adding 0.001 to 1 wt% MnO as the subsidiary component to 100 wt% a compound composed of 66.5 to 67.57 wt% PbO, 1.78 to 10.88 wt% Fe2O3, 20.79 to 25.4 wt% Nb2O5, and 0.76 to 6.32 wt% CoO as the main components. The ceramic composition can be sintered in a low temperature region from 800 to 1000 deg.C to give a Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3- Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-MnO high-dielectric ceramic composition having a high dielectric constant and good dielectric loss and insulation resistance. |
