PURPOSE:To manufacture the title molded article having excellent appearance free from resinous feeling, by vacuum-forming a decorative sheet having a flocked surface in a mold, and injection molding a resin to the surface of the sheet, thereby integrating the sheet and the resin. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 1 of a moldable resin such as polyethylene, polystyrene, etc. is decorated by flocking or laminating with suede, woven or nonwoven fabrics 2 to obtain a decorative sheet A. A female mold 5 for vacuum forming and injection molding use is mounted to a platen 3 with a spacer 4, and the decorative sheet A is clamped between the female mold 5 and a frame 6, heated with a heater 7, and vacuum-formed by opening a vacuum valve 8'. The mold 5 is closed with a male mold 10, and molten synthetic resin 16 is injected into the cavity 15 through a nozzle 12 to integrate the resin and the decorative sheet. |
