PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of stability during the changing operation of turbine output by stopping the operation of electric power system stabilizer only during a time when a driving signal for DC motor for controlling turbine output exists. CONSTITUTION:The turbine 1 to drive the synchronous motor 2 is controlled by regulating the flow rate of the steam 14 by giving the driving signal 16 to the DC motor 15, and also the field system 10 of the generator 2 is controlled by the electric power system stabilizer 17 through the thyristor 8, where the driving signal 16 is given a time-limit characteristic by the time-limit relay 31 by contact amplification by the auxiliary relay 30 and the output of the electric power system stabilizer 17 is automatically made OFF at the contact 33. Thus, because the driving signal 16 is made ON during the changing operation of turbine output and the electric power system stabilizer becomes inoperative by the contact 33, the deterioration of the stability of the generator 2 during the output changing time can be prevented. |
