PURPOSE:To improve the absorptivity of light and reduce heat radiation by forming the specified gratings on the surface of a photoelectric conversion film. CONSTITUTION:Gratings 12... of a vertex angle theta to incident waves within 90 deg. are formed on the surface of the photoelectric conversion film 2' provided on a substrate 1'. The gratings 12... let incident light make multiple reflection, resulting in the improved light absorptivity and decreased heat radiation of the film 2'. Hence, heat convection is difficult to occur near the film 2' and light-heat diffusion is prevented, whereby the light-electricity conversion efficiency may be improved. |
