PURPOSE:To make performance operation easy by adressing a memory by the count value of a counter when a key switch is closed thereby reading out the scale signal and outputting the same through a gate which opens when the key switch is opened. CONSTITUTION:During the period when a key switch is held closed, a counter 2 continues counting and opens a gate circuit 7. The storage contents of a memory 3 having stored the frequencies according to musics are subsequently addressed by the count value of this counter 2 and the scale sound signal generated from a scale signal generating circuit 6 according to the frequency information through a multiplexer 4 and D/A converter 5 is produced through the opened gate 5. Hence, the performance may be readily accomplished by the easy operation of turning ON and OFF the key switch according to the number of beats. |
