摘要 The invention concerns a device (10) for contactless and continuous measurement of the temperature of a fine elongated axially moving object such as a textile yarn (15), heated by radiation in an oven, comprising a conductive heat flow rate sensor (17) and an element for measuring said sensor temperature, arranged in a semi-cylindrical elongated chamber (12a, 12b) traversed by the yarn (15) and a unit processing (13) the emitted signals. The device body (11) is provided with an upper part (21), mobile about an axis (23) parallel to the chamber (12) longitudinal axis, co-operating with a fixed lower part (22) for inserting the yarn into the device. The yarn (15) penetrates into the chamber (12) through a conical orifice emerging in a duct guiding (26) the yarn. The inlet orifice shape enables to laminate the boundary air layer driven by the yarn, said layer having about the same temperature as the yarn. The sensor (17), which is arranged at the chamber base, measures the thermal radiation emitted by the object (15) and the hot boundary layer. The processing unit (13) continuously and very accurately determines the yarn real temperature from the measured radiation which is not disturbed by the clogging of the radiator. A cooling element (28) connected to the detector ensures that the device is cooled.
