A cct. which couid control a pulse width without changing an oscillation frequency, way ! composed of lst condenser (5) (I) Connected between output electrode of a lst active element(1) (II) and base(gate) of a 2nd active element(2) (III), diode(7) and 2nd condenser(8) (IV) connected between output electrode of III and base (gate) of II, and a source of variable DC voltage(current) (V). A discharge characteristics of I and charge charateristics of IV were controlled by V. Pulse width controlled-rectangular wave was generated at one of the output electrode of two active elements.
