A multi-digit fluorescent indicating apparatus was composed of; a base plate (12), a window platc(31) forming an evacuated enclosure, a sepmented electrode (16) means forming each of multidigit fluorescent indicating patterns, a plurality of grid terminal leadin wires (21), a spacer element, a plurality of cathode terminal lead-in wires (23),and the grid terminal lead-in wires and the cathede terminal lead-in wires providing con- venient external connections.
