Board game simulating construction industry - uses money, cards and dice to buy plots of land and construct houses from jigsaw pieces

The board game can be played by 2-8 players and is played on a track with 40 squares. Each square has a well defined function, such as building plot, forest or field. The aim of the game is to buy the plots and construct buildings, in the form of jigsaw puzzles. Pieces are moved round the board according to the score on dice. Three packs of cards are used called advantage risk or handicap. There are also cards corresponding to each plot and mock bank notes are used to buy the plots.
