The invention concerns a device wherein the regulator valve body (20) is integral with an axial appendage (20b) generally cylindrical in shape capable of being engaged in the intermediate chamber (14) and of being screwed in the threaded bore (14a) of the metal body by being urged to be pressed tight against the intermediate chamber (14) seat (14d) and against the threaded bore (14a) flanged inlet, said appendage comprising in the gas stream circulating direction, an axial duct (37) communicating with the gas stream inlet duct, a high pressure chamber (38) whereof a diametrical wall is provided with a seat for the valve (39) and a bore (42) for the valve body, said bore (42) communicating, through at least one radial duct (43) with a low pressure chamber (44) arranged around the appendage, said chamber (44) communicating, on one side, with the regulator valve chamber (30), and on the other side, with the gas stream outlet duct (16).
