PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a button using horn of water buffalo is provided which reduces production costs greatly, maintaining original nature of horn of water buffalo by enhancing uses of stuffs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a button of horn of water buffalo is comprised of: cutting blank of horn of water buffalo breadth wise and grinding; forming lots of thin layer of 1mm thickness; molding kneaded urea resin powder and forming blank of urea resin to 5-10mm intervals; staking the thin layer of the horn of water buffalo on the blank of the urea resin; and making finished goods after melting and pressing by heat.
