PURPOSE: A long distance voice call system of a PC-to-phone type is provided to transfer a voice without a sound collis ion in use of a computer sound and a telephone call by reproducing and deleting a queue on a buffer in a real time. CONSTITUTION: In a long distance voice call system, a transmission client(100) requests a connection by a reception number of a receiver(300) to a server(200) connected to an internet. When a connection completion message is received, the transmission client prepares a buffer for bidirectional recording and reproducing. Voice data provided to the transmission client is stored in the buffer, and then is transferred to the server by use of an UDP protocol. The voice data transferred to the server is transferred to a voice compressing board, and then is sent to a telephone of the receiver through a PSTN network(400). The voice of a receiver transferred to the server is received by the voice reproducing buffer. A voice recording buffer of a predetermined amount received at the transmission client is reproduced as real-time voice data. A content of the buffer that a reproducing is end, is deleted so as to be used next, and the buffer is placed at a last queue so as to be accumulated voice data at the buffer.
