<p>The leg is used as a temporary axle support when changing an agricultural tractor wheel. It can be raised when out of use and consists of a height adjustable lever. At one end of the lever is a swivelling shoe, and at the other end is a fork for mounting the lever. There is also a stay and height adjusting stop. A pin is received in holes in the fork, to lock it at the required height. The upper part cooperates with lifting hitch at the rear of the tractor for lifting the corresponding axle. The upper part is of U section, with the opening upwards to form a channel for the lifting arm.</p> |
