The pallet spacer block is of plastics, having a tubular outer sleeve stiffened by internal walls. Cylindrical portions have taper bores to accommodated coarse-pitch screws, typically in the outer sleeve and joined together by the internal walls. The design allows assembly of the pallet top and bottom with the blocks by merely hammering the screws home.
