PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of elements constituting a circuit, to reduce the area of a circuit occupying in an IC chip and to reduce costs by changing the dividing ratio of resistors connected to the base of a transistor about an output and setting an input threshold voltage and hysteresis width. SOLUTION: An NPN transistor Q4 of an input hysteresis circuit constitutes an output transistor, and an NPN transistor Q3 constitutes a transistor about an output that controls the transistor Q4. Even through this circuit controls a base current of the transistor Q4 to give an output by turning ON and OFF the transistor Q3, it changes the dividing ratio of resistors connected to the transistor Q3 by turning ON and OFF a transistor Q2 to gain hysteresis that changes an input threshold voltage VT value at which base emitter voltage VBE for operating the transistor Q3 is given in order to have hysteresis.
