PURPOSE:To obtain a self-oscillation device featuring the steady operation and large output by combining the piezoelectric element containing the driving electrode and the feedback electrode, the transistor and the transformer each. CONSTITUTION:With make of the power supply, transistor 20 conducts immediately to supply the current to coil 23. And the voltage is generated at boosting coil 24 to be applied to driving electrode 14. Accordingly, piezoelectric oscillator 13 is bent, and thus the feedback signal of the negative potential is generated at feedback electrode 15 to make transistor 20 nonconductive. As a result, the adverse electromotive force is generated at coil 23 and accordingly at coil 24. Thus, oscillator 13 is bent oppositely to the former case. After this, the above action is repeated. Here in order to secure the steady and large-output self-oscillation, the area ratio must be about 1/4-4 between the driving electrode and the feedback electrode. |
