PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reducing variations in impedance value caused by variation in the shape of a coil-like conductor and also reducing in running cost and manufacturing facility cost. SOLUTION: A coil-like conductor 1 is continuously supplied to a resin- molding machine 2 to form a resin mold 4 buried in a resin 3, the resin mold 4 is cut out at a predetermined positions to obtained an element 5 having cut-out surfaces 5a and 5b at its both ends which are exposed to the end of the coil conductor 1, and then a pair of external electrodes conducted with the coil conductor 1 are provided on the both ends of the element 5. Furthermore, plating resin is used at the resin, and the external electrodes are formed through plating.
