PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase freedom of display patterns capable of designing, reduce consumption power in wiring, and display multicolor. SOLUTION: A wiring conductor 5 made of ITO(indium tin oxide) is formed on a substrate 4 having insulating property and light transmitting property such as glass. A first insulating layer 6 having a through hole 7 so as to expose the wiring conductor 5 in the position being away from a display segment is formed on the substrate 4. The first insulating layer 6 is made of a material selecting wave length and passing it. An anode 8 made of ITO is formed on the first insulating layer 6. A second insulating layer 9 having an opening 10 opened in the shape of the display segment is formed on the first insulating layer 6. An organic layer 11 is formed on the second insulating layer 9, and a cathode 13 is formed every display patterns on the organic layer 11.
