Test code generation method for automatic testing procedure for computer system using visual representation for selection of test object and test object options

The test code generation method provides a visual representation of a code object containing a number of test object elements in a window, each element corresponding to a command set for execution of part of a test procedure, with selection of a first test object. The corresponding test object options defining the test parameters are displayed, with conversion of the selected test object option into at least one identification and at least one identification parameter, with storage of the latter in a source data. Also included are Independent claims for the following; (a) a test code generation device; (b) a computer-readable program memory for holding a test program
