A device in flower-pots which have a water supply and which, for this purpose, have a perforated plate 1 which is placed, by means of a hollow foot, at a distance from the bottom of the pot and thereby partitions off a space for the water supply under the plant, which is supported by the plate, and for a layer of soil or the like which is intended for the root part of the plant. The foot is composed of two cylindrical parts, one 6 of which is attached to the underside of the plate around an opening in this plate while the other part 9 rests against the bottom of the pot. The two parts can be displaced with respect to each other using threads 7, 12 which interact with each other for the purpose of being able to adjust the height of the plate in the pot. The two foot parts are open for the filling of their interior with soil or the like, with the bottom of the lower foot part being covered by a disc 5 which holds back the soil or the like but has limited openings 11 for penetration of the water into the interior of the parts. <IMAGE> |
