PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a common mode choke coil, wherein Q does not become high and the impedance to normal noise is low by burying a coated conductor, which is formed by coating a plurality of metal conductors with a nonmagnetic insulation material, integrally leaving a prescribed line distance inside a sintered magnetic material. SOLUTION: A coated conductor 1 of a common mode choke coil is integrally formed by coating two metal conductors 11 with nonmagnetic insulating material and a distance between both the metal conductors 11 is set to a prescribed line distance by adjusting the coating thickness, when they are coated. A continuous molded item 4 is formed by covering the circumference of a molded item 3, whereon the coated conductor 1 is wound with ferrite slurry. After the continuous molded item 4 is cut and divided into each prescribed size, a main body 5 of a common mode choke coil is formed, the end part of the coated conductor 1 is exposed by removing a part of a magnetic material at both ends, and the two metal conductors 11 are bent mutually in the opposite directions and baked. Then, each of electrodes 12 is connected to the end part of each of the metallic conductors, respectively. |
