PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and improve compression permanent distortion and the accuracy of a size by providing a shaft body and a base layer, and forming an inner layer of the base layer with rubber composition including peroxide crosslinking agent, and forming an outer layer with liquid rubber composition. SOLUTION: A roll is provided with a shaft body 1 and a base layer 2 along its outer peripheral surface, a layer 2 is composed of an inner layer 3 and an outer layer 4, and a conventional material is used in the shaft body 1. The inner layer 3 is formed with rubber composition including peroxide crosslinking agent, and it may be liquid, ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer, butadiene rubber, and the like are cited. An adding quantity of the crosslinking agent may be 1 to 10 in 100 weight part. In the case of 1 part and less, an improving effect of compression permanent distortion is not enough. In the case of 10 part or more, fluidity is deteriorated. The outer layer 4 is formed with liquid rubber composition, filling pressure is loosened, and a size accuracy is improved. In the outer layer 4, two liquid type silicone rubber, liquid butadiene rubber, and the like are used individually or with two kinds or more. It is thus possible to improve compression permanent distortion and the accuracy of the size, and it is also possible to reduce the costs. |
