Compounds of formula: <CHEM> wherein R<1> is an optionally substituted alkoxy, alkenyloxy, phenoxy, alkylthio, phenylthio or amino group and R<2> is a chloro- and/or trifluoromethyl-substituted phenyl or phenoxyphenyl group. A typical example is the compound of formula I where R<1> is ethoxy and R<2> is 3,4-dichloro-phenyl. They may be prepared by reacting a compound of formula <CHEM> with an isocyanate of formula R<2>NCO. The compounds of formula I, and compositions containing them are useful as insecticides.
