PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast system that efficiently stores interface such as news programs so as to allow a user to efficiently reproduce and view programs. SOLUTION: In this broadcast system in which a receiver 20 stores scenes sent from a transmitter 10 and reproduces the stored scenes, the transmitter transmits a category ID and a sub category ID of a broadcast scene as management information of the broadcast scene and an updated attribute of this scene to the receiver, the receiver replaces a scene whose updated attributes indicates a replaced scene with a replacement scene upon the receipt of it among the stored scenes and identifies related information in the stored scenes and shows it in response to a request of a user. Thus, information such as articles of a news program can efficiently be stored and reproduced.
