PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide case-accommodating type electronic components that can surely retain a terminal member being extended from a case body without the possibility of falling, bending, or the like, and at the same time can be easily assembled, and their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: These case-accommodating type electronic components are composed of a case body 2 for accommodating various kinds of electronic components with an extension side surface part 3 extending from one side surface part of an upper-surface opening upward and two terminal members 5 with an engagement part 5a, such as a terminal plate at an upper part and an electronic component connection part 11 at a lower part. Also, an engagement groove part 8 engaging both sides of a terminal member for connecting the electronic components to the electronic component connection part, so that they can be inserted and removed freely and moved vertically is formed at the side of the extension side surface part of the inner surface of the case body 2.
