<p>PURPOSE:To suppress jitter effectively in a simple circuit constitution by using a series-type elastic store to utilize the series chain of the internal state storage part as a phase and frequency comparator. CONSTITUTION:Input information signals having phase fluctuation and corresponding input clock signals come to conductors 206 and 207, and input information is written successively in an elastic store bit by bit, and stored input information is transmitted to conductor 210 by voltage control oscillator 205 and is outputted to conductor 211 from cell 203 by clocks. Then, each cell is constituted by an information storage part to store input information and a state storage part to store a binary logic indicating that the information storage part is in a significant information storage state or an idle state, and the series chain of the internal state storage part is used as a phase and frequency comparator. As a result, jitter can be suppressed effectively in a simple constitution.</p> |
