PURPOSE:To constitute the subject system by a mounting frame, a casket, a shaft, a spring, a locking projection, a locking groove, a compression spring, an adjusting screw and fitting groove, whereby winding up and back of the spiral spring at more than a predetermined value by an adjusting screw is prevented. CONSTITUTION:When a sliding door 17 is opened in the left hand, a wire 19 moves in a clockwise direction, and a connecting metal fitting 20 also moves to extend a rope belt 12 while winding and clamping the spiral spring 4 of the spring device A. When the hand to open the sliding door 17 is taken off, the connecting metal fitting 20 and the wire 19 move reversely by the force of the spiral spring 4. The adjustment of the torque of the spiral spring 4 is performed by pushing the shaft 3, removing the engagement between the engaging projection 6 and the engaging groove 7, fitting the engaging projection 6 in the fitting groove 10 of the adjusting screw 9, rotating the shaft 3 from the right hand to the left hand, and adjusting the torque of the spiral spring 4.
