PURPOSE:To clean tubler film modules evenly, by connecting a resilient body distributor, the number of outlets of which is equal to the number of the modules, to one end of a stock fluid common supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:To carry out cleaning, a valve v1 is closed, valves v2 v3 are opened, and resilient bodies in a resilient body reservior a is delivered together with a stock fluid to respective modules m through a resilient body distributor c. In this case, even if density of the resilient body is uneven at the cross section of the stock fluid common supply pipe, every module can be cleaned evenly, since each number of resilient bodies issued from each branch pipe e of the resilient body distributor c is the same. The resilient bodies passed through each module will be collected in a resilient body collector k. The withdrawl of the resilient bodies to a resilient body receptacle l can be effected, when a valve v4 is closed, valves v5, v7 are opened, and the stock fluid is returned to the stock fluid supply side temporarily. Therefore the same number of resilient bodies can be supplied to respective tubler film modules connected in parallel, and all of the tubler film modules can be cleaned evenly. |
