<p>PURPOSE:To make possible highly efficient recovery of waste wire by separating crushed wire waste into metal and covering after rolling thereof evenly dispersed. CONSTITUTION:Wire is fed into a crusher 3 through a conveyor 2. The wire waste 11 thus crushed by the crusher is conveyed with a vibration feeder 4. The wire waste is fed to a rolling machine 5, while evenly dispersed. After rolled by the rolling machine 5, the waste is separated into the copper wire and the covering and then, fed to a air classifier 7 through a chuter and a conveying device 6. Finally, they are separated into powdered covering 12 and powdered copper.</p> |
