The soil drainage box has inlet cover or grill acting as sprayer for internal flushing of the box and for disinfection. This box is used for waste waters mixed with readily decaying matters such as blood in foodstuffs preparing industries. The hollow inlet cover or grill ensures full spraying of the housing inner surfaces with water, disinfectants or with steam. The inlet cover or grill is connected to supply for the spraying fluid and this connection is sealed. It can be separated from the cover or grill without use of any tool.
