PURPOSE:To secure the correct regeneration of the transmission square wave by detecting both the rise and fall starting points of the transmission waveform received distortion at the reception point to regenerate the square wave. CONSTITUTION:When input voltage VIN rises up gradually, emitter voltage VE rises up for both transistors Tr1 and 2. And base voltage VB2 of Tr2 rises up through capacitor 8 and 9, and this rising amount is divided via capacitor 8 and 9 to decrease voltage VBE2 between the base and the emitter. As a result, collector current IC2 of Tr2 decreases and collector current IC1 of Tr1 increases to set output voltage VOUT at a high level. On the contrary, when input voltage VIN begins to lower down, VOUT is set to a low level. Then the square wave is regenerated correctly by detecting both the rise and fall starting points of the transmission waveform received distortion at the reception point. And thus the transmission square wave can be regenerated in a correct way. |
