PURPOSE:The above mentioned wire for welding, obtained by containing suitable amount of metal fluoride, hematite, Al, Mg and Mn in composite wire and having extremely superior full position weldability and low temperature notch toughness. CONSTITUTION:Composite wire, containing metal fluoride containing more than 30% of BaF2; 5-15%, hematite; 0.5-8%, Al; 0.5-3%, Mg; 0.5-4%, Mn; 0.5-3% by weight against the whole weight of the wire. Preferably, more than 50% of gamma-hematite is contained in the above hematite. Also, notch toughness is able to improve by containing Ti; 0.01--0.1%, B; 0.002-0.07% moreover, if desired. |
