PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker which comprises a rubber and metal particles mixed with the rubber, is used for a fishing net or the like, and can effectively prevent the generation of corrosion due to the metal particles on the surface. SOLUTION: This fishing net sinker through which a through-hole 2 for inserting the rope b of the edge portion of the fishing net along the central core of the sinker main body a' is formed, characterized by producing the sinker main body a' from an inner layer a10 and an outer layer a20, producing the inner layer a10 from a rubber material mixed with metal particles, and producing the outer layer a20 from the rubber material. The weight of the sinker can be ensured with the portion of the inner layer a10, and scratches and wears can effectively be reduced due to the elasticity of the outer layer a20.
