SUBSTANCE: regulation of filter parameters and reduction of abnormal distortion impact are ensured by using reference functions specifying expected changes of signal being filtered and by shaping control signal using procedures of fuzzy relations. Filter has seriesconnected subtraction unit 1, double-ended limiter 2 with control input connected to output of situation estimation unit 11, adder 3, nonrecursive filter 4 whose output is connected to second inputs of subtraction unit 1 and adder 4, read-out difference shaping unit 5 whose second input is connected to reference-function generator 12, membership function value shaping unit 6, membership-function minimums shaping unit 7, second subtraction unit 8, accuracy index shaping unit 9, and maximum shaping unit 10 whose output is connected to unit 11.
