The adapting circuit provides a transition from an integrated injection logic (I2L) to an integrated, bipolar circuit of higher output power, preferably on the same semiconductor chip. The adapting circuit has a PNP-current mirror which reflects a signal current from the (I2L) circuit into the bipolar circuit. Parallel to the input of the last inverter stage of the I2L circuit is connected the emitter-base path of a bipolar trarnsistor, whose collector is connected to the input of the current mirror. Preferably the collector and base of the last inverter stage are connected. the input of the last inverter stage may be supplied with control signals. At the output of the current mirror may be connected a power end stage, and a further logic inverter may be connected parallel to the control electrode of the power end stage.
|
