PURPOSE: A device and method for automatically managing an operation parameter is provided to decrease an excessive consumption of a human power and a working time consumed in a management of a base station operation parameter and decrease an input error. CONSTITUTION: A database(40) stores only necessary specific parameters(12a-12k) extracted out of all programmable loading data(10a-10n) stored in a base station managing device. Function modules(42a-42c) create a command for inputting a parameter to the base station managing device based on the specific parameters(12a-12k) stored in the database(40). The function modules(42a-42c) perform a function for monitoring as to a success of a command extracted in the base station managing device through a communication network as the telnet. As an application example, base station managing devices of a plurality of companies having each inherent base station managing device are managed using one integrated base station managing device. |
