Folding vehicle converting into baby buggy or sled has board with steering shaft/handle at one end and wheels that can be replaced by skis

The vehicle consists of a roughly rectangular board (1) with a folding telescopic steering shaft (3) and handle (6) at one end, steerable (8a) and non-steerable (8b) wheels. The latter are mounted on the ends of deployable arms (11a, 11b) with folding stays (16a, 16b) connecting them to a collar (5a) at the top of the steering shaft in the buggy configuration, when they support a seat and side panels. For converting into a sled the wheels are replaced by short skis, the steering shaft is lowered, and a seat is fitted at the rear end.
