<p>The fat mixt. suitable for refrigerator storage, contains >=35% of a statistically disordered transesterified mixt. of 20-80 pts. of an oil which is liquid at the refrigerator temp. and 80-20 pts. of an oil rich in lauric acid radicals and also other oils and fats, such that the expansion values are is not >700 at 10 degrees C, 100-400 at 20 degrees C, is not >150 at 30 degrees C and is not >50 at 35 degrees C. The margarines, etc. are spreadable directly after removal from the refrigerator. The fat uses more oil rich in lauryl radicals with greater economy.</p> |
