PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a judgement result of existence of tire abnormality by properly considering a tire load which is a parameter to influence upon the reliability of the judgement result of existence of tire abnormality. SOLUTION: This device to judge existence of tire abnormality judges whether a tire is abnormal or not by comparing tire pressure which is pneumatic pressure of the tire and a standard value with each other and carries out this comparison in accordance with a load of the tire. The standard value is previously set to continuously or gradually increase in accordance with increase of the load of the tire. Materially, the standard value is constituted as combination of tire load response standard tire pressure previously set to increase in accordance with the increase of the load of the tire and tire load non-response standard tire pressure previously set so as not to change in accordance with a change of the load of the tire.
