PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate formation of a hand-written illustrated postcard. SOLUTION: When the upside of the picture and photograph printed in a first region on the space of a message face on the back side of the postcard book of postcard binding papers 2 is arranged above under the state that the postcard book is opened, the second region on the space of a message face on the front fore edge of the postcard book of the postcard binding papers 2 locators on the lower side or right side of the first region on the space of a message. A user draws a picture in the drawing space in the second region on the space of a message on the lower side or right side of the first region on the model of the picture and photograph on upside or left side in the first region. By cutting off the postcard binding papers 2 by perforations 22 and 23, two sheets of postcard are separated from the postcard binding papers 2, resulting in allowing to use the postcard forming a first postcard region as a picture postcard, on which the picture and photograph are printed and the postcard forming a second postcard region as a hand-written illustrated postcard.
