PURPOSE: A method and system for analysis of cancer biomarker using proteome image mining are provided to rapidly diagnose the cancer at an early stage. CONSTITUTION: The system(10) for analysis of cancer biomarkers using proteome image mining comprises an serum proteome input means(112); a proteome specimen producing means(102) which converts the serum proteome into two-dimensional image, extracts distinctive spots specific to cancer, identify optimal distinctive data, and produces a proteome specimen; a proteome comparing means(104) which compares the pattern of a testing serum proteome with that of the proteome specimen; a disease analysis means(106) which determines the cancer attack of the testing serum proteome; and a result output means(114).
