PURPOSE:To avoid malfunction, by writing in the time information to the information frame of the node, checking the amount of delay of transmission, and abolishing the information frame if the amount of delay exceeds a given number, in the signal transmission line having nodes. CONSTITUTION:The selective signal S is transmitted at the time t1 for the station A, and if remarkable delay DELTAt is caused at the node N2, it detects this to abolish the delay, allowing to hinder the transmission to the station B. Accordingly, no affirmative response from the station B is present, and the selecting signal Sa is transmitted at the station A at t4. The station B receives it and returns the affirmative response signal ACK. Thus, the signal remarkably delayed does not cause misjudgement by the station A. The delay DELTAt is recorded on the information frame when it is received at the node N1, and the node N3 compares the recorded time with the reception time. |
